The Health & Safety
Department is looking for volunteers!
We
have several positions available for Volunteers in the Health
and Safety Dept.
You may train to become a Volunteer Instructor,
teaching CPR and First Aid in local businesses and in the
community. In addition to Merced residents we are looking for
Mariposa and Los Banos residents that would like to become
Instructors so that our services can be expanded to your
communities.
We have several tasks
that need to be done on a regular basis at our local chapter
this includes, record keeping, computer input, filing, mass
mailings, manikin maintenance and inventory.
If you have several hours
or just one hour that you can come in to assist the Health &
Safety department, it would be greatly appreciated.

Instructor Course
Available!
Our
Chapter will offer an Instructor Course in August 2006!
To register for the
course you must be current in CPR and First Aid and be at
least 18 years old.
The Instructor Course will
be held August 4th, 5th and 6th.
Class will be from 6-10pm on Friday, August 4th,
and from 8am-5pm on Saturday and Sunday, August 5th
and 6th. You must attend all sessions.
